Founded in 1962, Fox, O’Neill & Shannon is one of Milwaukee’s most reputable general practice law firms. But after 50 years in business, the firm reached out to The Ritterbusch Group in 2013 for help in sharpening its message. TRG proceeded with a strategic look at the firm and its messaging, leading to brand new development of the firm’s signature communication vehicle, the company website.
TRG interviewed the firm’s 16 attorneys and more than a dozen clients as it solidified the firm’s targeting and positioning. TRG then worked with the firm’s leadership to hone its marketing approach, ultimately executing a range of programs, including publicity. The new website was launched in 2015.
Armed with a fully functioning and mobile optimized website, the firm is able to reach a larger potential pool of clients. Site traffic has increased, with hundreds of page views for the firm’s various attorneys in just a few short months. The intuitive navigation structure has helped the site improve upon the average length of each visit, and the fresh stream of content continues to positively impact the firm’s search ranking.
